Applications:
It’s applicable to slit BOPP, PET, CPP, CPE, Paper, etc. The machine has the advantages of fast speed, smooth rewinding, convenient operation and so on.
Features:
1. The motor unit adopts three-servo motor connective control, and the rewind system can make tension and slip shaft line speed control.
2. The unwind unit is shaft separated type with auto tension control and EPC system.
3. The rewind shaft tension adopts central pressure type slip control unit, and when the material thickness is not good, it can automatic control the slip to make each volume tension average.
4. Finished products is taken out with connect type frame to help unloading to save time and improve efficiency.
5. Optional: Up and down circular blade, razor blade system and air knife.
